SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note that conditions such as a high volume of orders, postal service problems, or inclement weather may cause delays in shipping.
Shipping Times and Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will also see estimated times when your package may arrive.
We do not offer shipping outside the United States at this time.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We hope you love your six + kelsey purchase as much as we do ! The RETURNS button is only available AFTER an order is fulfilled. You have 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, free of dirt, stains, marks, or scents—and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your returned item has been received at six + kelsey activewear, allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the item. If the product is deemed eligible for a return, a refund will be issued on your original payment method—minus the shipping costs—within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
